☆General info☆

■ Firstly I hold the right to refuse service or Sale to anyone if i so please.■ do not come to comm, trade or buy from me for anyone named in my blacklist, i will blacklist you if i find out.■ My art can range from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete due to my health, personal life and other projects, you agree to this when commissioning me so please do not dm me complaining.

☆Payment & Refund☆

■ I take payment through paypal friends & family or vgen as I've had people charge back me in the past! [You don't need to leave a note on paypal i will know what its for]■ I take payment for all art comms up front or after the finalized sketch.■ If I believe I can't draw the character you have requested or the idea you are looking for I will usually tell you before anything is confirmed so you can choose to continue or not.■ I do not do refunds especially after the art is started unless i believe i cannot complete it, only then will i give a partial refund.■ The exception to the last rule is if your art hasn't been started within a month and you wish for a refund i will gladly do so when i have funds■ I will not refund you for a character design you have lost, I also won't refund bases you've lost. These are your responsibility to keep safe once you buy them.

☆Rights to art/design☆

■ I retain rights to the original art, including the right to post it on my socials or in art examples, unless you ask for privacy in advance.■ My art / designs are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. You may not resell my art, trace, tokenize, use or make NFTs of my art, or use my art in any AI-training dataset. reposting is okay, just credit me as the artist properly.■ do not alter the original artwork beyond resizing/cropping for icons or headers/banners unless you’ve asked for permission first.■ I have the right to preminantly blacklist you and even redesign a design I've sold to you for resale, if I see you have done any of the following using my designs or art.

• Drawn / promoting anything illegal [zoophilia/feral, pedophilia, incest, ect]• Drawn / promoting anything i disagree with [trump support, homophobia, transphobia, racism, ect]• Sold / traded to anyone on blacklist• Used ai on my Design / Work• Sold for more than it’s worth if you haven't added anything to it

Nerdyfur / Nerdyfurstudios

Reason : horrible fursuit business practices, i had to wait over a year for a fursuit that was horrible quality and looked nothing like my sona butter! Every time I asked for updates they gave excuses. By the time it had been most of a year i find out they've worked on a suit for their friend over my comm.Secondary reason : made a beware on my friend that was filled with lies and constantly harassed them.

Doqrawt/skuiibyte/ whatever new user they changed to again

Reason : getting an oc from me in an unfair trade only to put them for cash offers less than 24hrs later, then posting a post talking bad about me when I told them not to do that. They didn't listen and sold said oc for money!

Sadleyyjeans / yourlocallyunlocal / the many other users this person has

Reason : horrible commission business, takes on comms they can't finish and doesn't take responsibility, when they do take responsibility they proceed to take forever to either do the art or refund the person. I am not the only one to have experienced this but i will not name people as its not my place [my comms were from aug 2025 & nov 2025, i only verbalised how i felt in early 2026]Second reason : kicked me from their server while i was offline following me verbalising how i felt, they gave me no reason only stating i made them uncomfortable [I'd assume because i was unhappy about my comms]
▪︎ They later clearly lied to me saying they didn't spread any information to anyone which was a lie because i was blocked and talked shit about by people close to them vague posting about me. Its obvious they said something as only since this situation started have i received death threats.
▪︎ As of May 23rd 2026, I still haven't gotten 90% of my refund or any info on what I did to "make them uncomfortable" [update as of sept 2026 still nada on full refund, but i was told they have no reason by someone who knew them because i did nothing they just wanted drama].Nash is a drama mongering and scamming a-hole who frankly made me not wanna be here

Wolfdoq / Defdoq

Reason : included himself into the situation mentioned with Nash, he should've never been involved in said situation. He blocked me on all socials [thank god], he also blocked my at the time partner on toyhouse because she was using my backup account so she by collateral was included.He then 2 months later blocked and accused my friend of being me pretending to be someone else so i could block evade [i only know this because said friend saw a post he made on insta vague posting me calling me weird and parasocial].
▪︎ I have not gone out of my way to block evade him because i dont fucking like him nor do i want to see his posts, hes an over confidant twat whos paranoid about someone who sold all ocs bought from him and wants nothing to do with him or his friends.He needs to get his head out of his ass and out of situations he aint a part of.
